newbie with noisy heat shields

Default newbie with noisy heat shields

hi guys,really starting to get on my nerves now,sound like a load of tin cans under the car!my question is can i remove these and just put exhaust wrapping round instead?any help much appreciated,cheers chris

Yes.

Better yet get a set of ported and wrapped headers off Harvey for improved performance too!

Yeah, Harvey is on here, he does exchange ported and polished original headers, with heat shields removed and lugs ground of. Makes better low down torque, work well!

Not sure of prices now, around £100 exchange ported and polished, another £100 or so for the wrapping, plus carriage.

He's up in the NE.

Try a search - may come up!
