What spark plugs are needed for EJ257 block with standered heads do i use the pfr6b's or does the plugs need to burn hotter for the bigger block.

 

ILFR6B are std. ILFR7H are one step colder. 2.5 heads use long nose plugs.
PFR6B are for 2 litre heads.

what turbo and other mods etc..

generally.. upto 300bhp ngk pfr6b and beyond ngk pfr7b and beyond 450bhp racing 8s etc,.. give or take a bit..

you haven;t said what the standard heads are for / from.. but assume 97/98 heads from profile picture?

standered my00 heads ,TDO4 turbo

 

ngk pfr6b or ngkpfr7b then.. ie. 2litre plugs as you have 2litre heads.
