hi al i have a 1994 impreza wrx type ra and im having a bit of trouble with my engine light!!!
ive done the test where u connect the 2 black conneters and it came up with idle speed control valve n speed sensor!!!
so its been in to get the idle speed control valve set up n it worked fine until today!! as i decided to have a bit of fun it went into limp mode and came up with the same fault codes!!
is there any thing else i can try or do to help solve this as its getting quite annoying now

have you tried connecting the black and green one together and taking car for a drive to reset the ecu do a search on here and it will tell you how to do it its not hard ecu may just be picking up old stored code worth a try
