hi there all i own a 94 classic impreza wrx and just fitted samco hoses and just realised a few things that im not sure of and hope some here can help,

firstly, does anyone have pics of a standard engine as im not sure about some hose positions the pics would be great

secondly, just above the maf sensor connected to the body work is a small solonoid with pipes and wires coming out of it under it i have a small pipe but not connected to anything and not sure that it should just be sitting there any help woould be fantastic with pic would help

thirdly, on the air intake after the resonator box i have one output that has been blanked off what pipe goes there and is it meant to be blanked off as i have a k and n induction kit fitted

im sorry if this sounds crazy im just not sure about terms and items in the scooby engine bay but still learning any help would be a life saver

did you just take all the pipes off with out noting where they actually went?

 

nah mate had to replace a few leaking pipes and tidy up and found the pipes that where not attached and got me wondering and confused any help or pics would be great

 

yea the solonoid is a boost solonoid and the pipe from the bottom goes to the atmoshere.the blanked 1 is more than likely the 1 for the dv have u got a after market dumpvalve?hope this helps
