Why do you want a fibre glass bonnet? they are a pig to paint, heavy as ****, just stick to an aluminium one, its pretty much the lightest one available (even lighter than the carbon fibre ones).

The best fitting replacement bonnets IMHO are Carbon Fibre Siebon

In the end I couldn't justify buying a new seibon bonnet......so bought a second hand cheap carbon one from here
Used to flap like a demented chicked untill tied down with bonnet pins It also develops small "dimples" when hot, presumably due to the cheap construction LOL
Have a look on seibons web page for the prices .....

As tony said. Have a look at a second hand alloy one off an import. You`ll be amazed at how light they are compared to a uk steel one. Plus about a third of the price of a carbon one.
