Missfire Running on 3 Cylinders

Missfire Running on 3 Cylinders
I took the car out on track @ Castle Combe, a couple of months ago, and it had an intermittent misfire, but was ok since.
(Car is used 1-2 times a month max)
I have started it up and it was missing like ****, but it took 10 mins to get it to fire up.
I turned it off and noticed it is not holding fuel pressure, so checked for leaks could not find one, started it up again and disconnected the coil packs one at a time. only to find no3 making no difference.
So now i am thinking i may have a fooked injector. they are just over 12 months old but not covered 2k so seems i may need to fork out more money for another set.
or should i be looking for something else first
Thanks
Derek

I did think it may have been Stale fuel, so changed it for fresh Fuel.
I will try removing that injector to take a closer look..& do a compression test at the same time.
But the loss of Fuel pressure is an indication to me it's Fuel related on that cylinder... ?
I have Nismo 740's in the car from what i hear they are quite good and failure is not common.. so hopefully a bit of crap blocking the filter on the Injector.

fuel pressure drops when you turn the ignition off? surley thats normal? if its running the right fuel pressure when its running then it shouldnt be an issue.
How can you do a compression test by removing the injector, its not direct injection is it?
I had a intermitten mis-fire on boost and ran like a bag of ****e from start up.... changed plugs to start with and after that it was fine.

the car should hold fuel pressure for a short time when the engine is turned off, this is dropping immediately.
No its not Direct Injection, I will need to remove the plug to check the Compression.
I have a new set here was to put them in the Wife's car. mine has been in for no more than 800 miles.
