Default Fitting new Engine

Having blown my 2002 (V7) WRX engine up on the autobahn I'm looking at a new engine.

My current plan is to fit a forged 2.5 with AVCS heads, as I have a Spec C inlet on the car I have the wires from the tumblers 'spare' to run the AVCS using a Syvecs ECU (JGM).

I'm planning to get the long engine built by Williams Motorsport so I can drop it straight back in. Is there an easy way to make the engine run on my existing std wrx ECU (ECUTEK) effectively bypassing the AVCS so I can drive the car up to the rolling road to get the Syvecs fitted and mapped?

Also as it appears that the engine failure has contaminated the oil is there a good way to clean the turbo out (APS SR40) to make sure I don't get bad oil back in the engine.

Yes.
However with those planned changes it maybe better I come and install ecu and avcs wiring and we put a road map on it before coming to dyno for full mapping.
Maybe wise to get turbo stripped and checked by for example turbo dynamics.
