V5 STI running 311bhp/321flb, i'm not going any further on power as I use this car everyday. Maybe ported headers

I want a close to standard feel from the pedal and I'm going to fit a standard skimmed flywheel. Looking to spend around £300 on the clutch.

I'm on a group buy for the API one but I don't think its going to come off...

I've been looking at Pink box Exedy but not sure what there power is rated to?

Any recommendations would be great

If you are not going any further the OE 230mm clutch at £200 plus £155 fitting is all that you need.

Thats good news. I thought that the standard clutch wasn't up to it. The one thats on my car slips when I floor it, it has done 60,000 miles though.

ACT clutch kit or exedy

 

Exedy. The new Exedy don't judder but the ACT can.

 

im well with harvey on the standard clutch i had a blue print copy part clucth in my car and it took 340bhp 330 ft pounds fine but if you do have the another 50 quid get api uprated 400/400 clutch as it is just has light as a standard clutch and it takes my 390bhp 365 ish ft all day long and it dones not judder but you will need to get a reconed fly wheel for about 90 quid or have yours recond

 

Exedy 230mm will do the job just fine, factor in a flywheel skim in your cost.
