Hi can anyone give me any ideas,the problem is the car does not over heat but water will come out of the header cap every now and then,had test for head gasket but all was well.Have dropped all water and refilled with fresh and coolant but still does it anyone got any thoughts?

 

have you tried a new header cap?i had the same prob when i had my classic

 

Yep new cap rated to 1.3 bar?
