Default STI 2004 Blobeye Oil

Can anyone tell me what grade and make of oil the 2004 WRX STI takes and how much? I checked my level yesterday and its well low. Coolant was also low. Do they drink alot of oil? I haven.t really been driving the car hard either?

5w 30 is too light a weighting if your engine is tuned. 10w 40 or 10w50 would be better if it is tuned!.
