Hi does anyone know if this is possible to do as a DIY job? I want to wire in a boot popper on one of the key fob buttons, i know its possible but is it a garage / professional job only?

it may be a Toad ai606!

 

you really need to know what alarm it is,

either way, depending on how handy you are with a soldering iron and strippers etc then yes they can be self fitted,

if it is a ai606 then if you fit it yourself it wont be insurance approved,

yes the boot popper is easily achieved, wiring it in using a relay is fairly straight forward.

 

So i just need to know the wire colour, that is associated with the aux button on the key fob, if its a 606 do you happen to know it?
