Default TECHNICAL HELP PLEASE

hi everyone,

i have a my99 uk turbo in green, its now covered 106k, and running good. however, things are starting to worry me, it seems to be losing the 'oomph' when first warmed up. There is a couple of small patches of oil from the top end appearing. Now, being another broke soldier, who would be the best place near me (salisbury) to get it a good going over, but not a huge cost. Also would it be better to rebuild the engine? or not. All help appreciated, many thanks
