oil leeking from r h

Default oil leeking from r h

hi guys put the new turbo on 2day and started it all up car still smokes like **** so i dont know if the turbo i got of one of the boys of this site is shaged to but any ways when car warmed up the oil started leeking down the right head and you know the cover on the up pipe the top 1n you could see the oil running down from there but dont know were it is coming from so has anyone have had this and i find it strange that no one on this forum has had this problem cause im new to a subaru and i aint got a clue lol so if any1n could help me on my way that would be great thanks thomas

Its either the turbo oil feed or drain pipes that you've disturbed presumably, so make sure the feed is done up each end and the turbo drain is located into the rubber hose.

nouthing to do with the turbo mate i have changed it and looked all over it and there is not a drop of oil cumming from it. Were its leeking is were the up pipe is on the corner on the rh and you can see it runing down the plate that govers the exhaust on top

Hello

Just a thought could it be coming from the breather pipe that comes out the top of the head?
it could be blocked or split causing oil to run down the head

i aint got a clue mate were on the head is it plus how much would it be to have the gasket done on the 1n side but i cant see it being the gasket cause it runs fine

Wow took me a while to understand what you typed there... Sounds to me like its either a breather pipe dripping down onto the up pipe, or it could even be your rocker cover leaking and dripping on your up pipe.
