Help, 03sti intercooler to turbo hose. The metal bit moves!
Been cleaning the engine bay today and found that this metal bit moves! is it going to fall apart?

there is no hole and nothing wedged in to it,
my 03 sti had the same and i was told it was to use a lever on for fitting the pipe
