My 06 Impreza WRX 1st gear has gone pop so have ordered new gearbox, the code on old box is a TY754VG7AA, the new box is the same code but has 'T2' after, can anyone tell me what this code is and if this box will fit?

The new box is from a 07 2.5l wrx??
