I am using Millers 10w 60 in my forged 2.5, probably try 10w 50 next time as Millers have only just started selling it and Opie Oils say 10w 50 is better for Subaru engines.

according to halfords scoobs should use 5w 50 i think or is it 40 ?

Go for a 10w-50, it's better than the 5w-40 as the tolerances are a bit bigger in the forged engines.
