dam rad fan gone again

i repalced the fuse the other week and both fans were coming on at the same time which is how i have mine set and now the fan nearest the battery is not working again, i have check the fuse and yep its gone again could this be that the fan it self is packing up and drawing more current and causing the fuse to go any one got any advise on this cheers

has happend to me also...i have been avised to put in a relay so that the power surge used by two fans is "controlled"
If anyone has a spare fan i'm interested also...
