I have bought some new leds for the rear of the clock and it seems some are missing as they part worked,

I put a new one in and it started to smoke so removed it asap and now none of them work, the milage worked and the led for that but now nothing

So coiuld do with a rear pic of the clock please asap, as i am driving with no idea of speed etc
