Default Headers headache

Looking at buying some headers for my classic, but not sure which are best. With or without flexi - guessing without, just something else to leak. Also some have up-pipe with single bore, some with twin bore - again i guess twin to marry with a bellmouth. Thanks for your thoughts Bugs

Go for some 2 bolt or 3 bolt slip jointed ones.

Avoid megan headers, their cheap for a reason. Blew joint apart in 250 miles on mine. I've now got gt spec 3 bolt fixing to up pipe and slip joints at the front. Still working perfect after 2 years of sprints and hillclimbs.

RCM unequal lengths. Most people swear by them.

Give very careful consideration to what you are doing because fitting tubular headers is probably not the best move for you and you are likely to lose a lot of spool subject to what you do.

Bugs

Personally I'd PM Harvey and ask advice off the forum .......harvey has done a lot of work with a lot of subaru bits and pieces and the "headers" side of things is one of his specialities (among many) LOL
