please help .!!!!
can anyone tell me how will i know if my steering rack has gone . basically our steering is very stiff we have checked power steering fluid and we have no leaks and the pump seems to be working . well i have been told it is working anyway . so i have been told the only thing wrong now is my steering rack has gone .!!!

disconect both track rod ends and then see if still stiff this way your eliminating any suspension faults you may have also disconect universal joint between steering colum and rack eliminating any steering colum fault
