Spark plugs
What kind of plugs do i need i have heard about prf7 plugs where is the cheapest place to buy these

NGK PFR6B - no/mild mods / std boost levels
PFR7B - more mods / raised boost levels
eBay - brand new boxed, set of 4 around £30 inc. delivery. Mostly sold individually...

Thanks car is now running ok now on idle after connecting up the recirc port.

Yep.
But I'd go for the 7s. Colder plug - conducts away more heat/more durable = all good stuff.
