Default facelift dash

hi all,

ive got a prefacelift classic and just wondered how hard would it be to fit a facelift dash? is it a straight swap? do i need to change the dash bar?

any help is much appreciated

Not a straight swap, the fit to the door cards will be wrong, plus you'll have all hell let loose wiring in the new clocks.

Yes, do-able, but a major project

Door cards ain't a problem as I won't have any and I'm swapping to a digital dash

is there a how-to for fitting facelift clocks to a pre-facelift anywhere???
