Default Anyone know what this bit is called?

Anyone know what this bit is called?

I over tightened the screws when I put mine back on and it has cracked, I'm sure I've read you can replace the plastic one with a metal one, anyone know where I might be able to get one from?

I phoned up my local dealer but he doesn't have a clue what I'm talking about, is there anywhere I could get a part number?

Thanks again

Ross

11832AA210 or 11831AA200, subaru have both in stock, but can't advise me on what one is for what kind of car
