Angle grinder? Not sure if you will have room to manouver one in though??

Can you not unbolt the up-pipe from the turbo instead and take headers and up-pipe off as one?

Air saw, die grinder with a hard grinding stone or burning gear if you have them, if not then pure determination with a hacksaw blade and a sharp chisel.
