hi folks,

what should i expect topay for a knackered 93-96 wrx engine with bottom end failure (long engine)?
Im looking about for one to learn/rebuild with and prices seem to vary a lot. is £150 for a open deck with bearing failure too much?

yeah id have one at that price, but lets be serious in all my years on here ive never seen one go for free dynamix! so maybe £100 mark is more than fair still?

Could be worth putting a post in the wanted section, like Duncan said if the engine is destined for the bin you might find somebody with a knackered one that they would be happy for you just to take it out their road.

keep checking ebay aswell got a comlpete engine with knackered botom end for £26 a few week back cheeper than the cam covers i was after
