VF29 How much bhp

Hi can anyone tell me what sort of bhp i should be able to get out of a Vf29 as iv been told its no better than a td04 and will only run no more than 280bhp thought these could run upto 350bhp

Got a VF29 on mine and I'm running 300bhp. Think they are similar to VF28's.

im hoping to be runnin 330bhp on mine just hope the vf29 will take it

I was under the impression that the VF28/29 is a 310-330bhp turbo(?)

My VF28 ran 330/310. TD04 is pants in comparison.
