Its a pull type.
It would be cheaper (IRO £260) to buy a std Subaru plate and cover plus an Exedy bearing and hold more torque than that kit.

best place to get standard clutch from? is it a dealer only part?

Don't have it to hand, but it will be the correct kit for your car containing all Exedy parts
