can i lower sti showa pink suspension springs, i know its stiff(real) lol, but would like to bring it down buy 30/40mm.

if you fit a different set of springs yes,but then,you wont have a complete set of a showa setup,have you adjusted the shockers via the dials ?

mine dont have adjusters, did have a good look but none on they.

Ah yes,if i remember right you have black springs already ? so looks like the set has been swapped about already so yeah,get some other springs on there,but that will really only adjust the ride height,if the shock itself is a hard dampening it wont alter much

just fitted inovite tarmac with prada tyres, has made it stiffer even more, would love if no kids as handling has changed 100%, but a little to stiff those.
