AF or harvey 20g MIGHT get you there. It prob will if mapped on V-Power + OB... or E85/meth, etc.
MD321H will probably do it on V-Power.
Then there's the SC40 Billet (I think they now do a 40?).
MD321T will defo do it (upto 450), as will an SC46 - but these could be that llittle bit laggier, for the sake of 'chasing' 400. That said they prob no laggier than the 20g!
The S206 is a 400-500 turbo, so is prob a bit laggy at the lower end of the bhp rung - best to choose one of the above.
Personally I'd prob go for the 321H on V-Power. If it falls short of 400 - and it bothers you! - then get mapped on V-Power + OB. But you'd have to use the VP-OB mix all the time, unless you get a Simtek ECU with it's dual map facility i.e. one map on fuel of choice; the other on VP + OB.
