Default Injectors

Can someone help me with this one. I have a 98 sti which is phase 1.5. i have bought injectors that are phase 2 with a phase 1 fitting kit. Will i now need to purchase a phase 1.5 fitting kit or is one of the kits usable. Thank in advance....

The ph.1 and 1.5 injectors are the same, so the fitting kit is suitable to make ph.2 injectors fit in either ph.1 and 1.5 rails.

The only other thing that I think you need to get hold of are the metal "half-moon" injector cover caps that come from a set of ph.2 rails....

I believe so. I'll also be fitting Ph.2 550s to my Ph.1 soon, and I have the fitting kit as well.

API also said that I'd need the metal caps from a Ph.2 as the Ph.2 injector tops are bigger, or something.

Hopefully a specialist or Merlin24 will post to let us know....
