Default Sport Cat fitted, whats next??

Just had a Ninja sport cat fitted to my MY00 STI.

I'm well chuffed! Its made a big difference, car feels much more responsive.

Whats next??

Only things i've done is the exhaust, sport cat, straight through centre, and H&S back box. Can't go any louder so need to stick with 2 1/2 in.

I'm looking at induction and possibly a re-map, do I need a different ECU?

thanks guys

If its a classic it must be an import so id get it mapped as soon as possible or your asking for trouble. Yes you can map your ecu. Induction kit on an my2000 car is a bad idea as the maf sensor is a weak point.

It's highly recommended that the car gets mapped once you fit a decat/sportscat, so that really should be next on your list

Remap will see you good gains, stick with a pannel filter if your using the standard top mount.

Your OEM ECU is mappable via ECUTek s/w. Virtually all commercial mappers can do this...
