hi guys. looking for some advice. currently in my 04 wrx i have fitted a blitz nur spec r exhaust system( which sounds great) performance panel filter and centre cat removed, was woundering if a remap would be worthwhile doing? don't want to go down full decat route for noise and legal reasons. any advice gratefully recieved. also roughly how much would this cost? cheers

Remap all the way mate. Funny i was just gonna post my remapping experience.
On my hawkeye wrx i decatted the downpipe and changed the center section and backbox (still legal). Hawkeye well quiet and muffled - had to change that
I got the desired sound that I loved but it become a bit sluggish, just didnt seem to work in harmony. Had more flat spots and lost its kick back.
I did a bit of research and got peoples opinions and everyone pointed to remapping. I was sold on the idea but the next question was reamp or ecutek and who to do it?
After a lot of reading and getting peoples opinions etc, I chose Duncan at Race Dynamix - Trust me mate this bloke is a blo*dy legend. The car feels like a totally new beast. I cant explain how much the hole performance feels better. The turbo seems to be massively improved and the torque is brilliant.
In a nutshell mate, get a remap (I promise you wont be disappointed) and if you're looking for who to do it mate I would recommend Duncan.
It put a massive smile back on my face
