Im having occasional starting issues with a 95 wagon import. Have changed the fuel pump so its not that, also spent a day going thru the wiring for it and it came back clean. Have noticed the times when it does fire up im getting a slurpy noise from under the bonnet somewhere as compared to when it wont fire. would this be the issue? any ideas guys???

Also a quick note, just ran an ecu code test and came up with code 11 and 31. wondering if this is related to the starting issue...if not why am i gettin these code. Also just to mention its running a Z4 ecu on a TD04 turbo.
