apexi avcr help

hi all have fitted above to my uk 1997 impreza
realy really dont under stand the setting up of device
any one got some basics i can use on it plz plz plz i need help and cant get my head around it at all

Pay mapper to tweak it properly as if you don't know what you are doing it could seriously affect your engine

You said setting up of the device.
That should be done by a mapper, but if it's the operating instructions for all the pages, you can download a manual here

tbh i am not a compleat novice but duty cycle etc etc is doing my head in need a idiots conversion
as for ecu i have a apexi ecu and controller waitng to go in
but need to sort out over boost
