Default Prodrive 3-port

Hey,

anybody with a prodrive 3-port boost solenoid have an 'air whirling' noise when coming on boost? at around 3-4k after that it dissapears... to me it's a really horrible noise just wondered if it's normal?

I have it plumbed back into the intake also...

Can't say I've noticed anything like that. Can hear the solenoid itself from time to time but it doesn't alter the induction or boost noise.

If you had your car mapped after fitting the solenoid, is it possible that the turbo is spooling up earlier and more enthusiastically than it used to and this is causing what you're hearing?
