Removing Spray paint
The previous owner decided to give my car a panda look by painting the scoop & vents black (the car is white).
Any idea how I can safely remove this black paint without damaging the original paint underneath? Thankfully they did not prep the painted bits, do the original paint is still in tact.
I have tried scratching the paint away (carefully), which seems to work, but is painstakingly slow.
Is there a product i can use to speed up the process?

A harsh jetwash might remove most of it if it was not keyed properly.
But in my experiance there is always a bit that does not want to come off, and you end up wasting time, when it could have just been painted over from the beginning

You're better off just getting them painted mate. As you'll end up making them look even worse than they do in black.
Either get a few bits a give a bit of DIY a go. Smaller parts are easier to hide mistakes and imperfections. Or cough up and get a painter to do it. It wouldn't cost too much at all.
