I would have thought so. I'd take 'em to a precision engineering shop that's tooled up to that sort of thing....

That's why it needs done with total precision. The hole needs to be perfectly concentric!!!

Obviously the tyred wheels can be fine tuned with the normal balance weights at the tyre fitters afterwards.

BTW, the precise centre bore (diameter) should measure 56.1mm.

If the centre bore is out, will the PCD be right? And the offset?

It won't fit on the hub if the milled out centre bore isn't centred, as the bolt holes will be out of position when the wheel's placed over the hub's centre bore collar.

The ET won't be affected, as that is the distance from the centre-line of the width of wheel to the wheel's hub mating face

OK, but what I'm getting at is, if the wheel was obviously MADE for a non-Subaru fitting, will it's PCD and offset be OK for fitting to a Scoob?

Have a look at the inside of the spoke/face, the information should
be moulded into the alloy.

Should read something like

E.T 48

H2 7.5j

5x100

ect......

What does it say?

Well OP's wheels HAVE to have a 5 bolt x 100mm PCD (assuming he hasn't got a '05 STi), and not too deep an offset to be able to fit the hub and under the arches, respectively

As above, typical 'no-issue' ET would be 45mm or greater. Indeed, a lot of Impreza wheels have an ET of between ET45-48.

Why don't you make some thin spacers with the correct centre bore....
