hi just a quick one ,,do i have to remove the air con to fit a front mount intercooler or can i leave it on
its a 1993 wrx import
and a autoban 88 intercooler

you can keep aircon rad as it fits in front. be prepared to do a good job on bumper though

 

I fitted gt2 last week and its not a 10 min job. Make sure you have all the tools and a dremmel to cut bumper. If you need your car for tomorrrow you better get going because it wil take you a good 8 hours providing you have a bit of mechanical know how.

 

also not all intercoolers are straight fit so make sure u have extra silicone hose incase some pipes dont route the way they should mine took 1 an half days to fit. fmic 1 day an then bumper the other

 

thanks alot ,,i use it has a secound car so have loads of time to do it ..been fixing cars a lot of years ,,just needed to know if would fit around the a/c pump ,,it seems worse bit is the bummper and the inner wing cut,,,thanks for all the help
