help.... wrx sti ver3 setup!!!
someone help me please,
im after a downpipe for my 97 wrx sti ver3 import.
its running the standard vf twin scroll turbo, my problem is which downpipe do i need?
ive heard that due to the turbo i need the larger bellmouth pipe?
any ideas which one i need or where i can get one ?
i dont mind if its used as its only a pipe.
or has someone got one i could buy
i have also got an apexi neo and would like some help on using it.
i will be fitting a fmic, apexi power filter so i know that the fueling is going to be out somewhat.
car has apexi avc-r controller fitted but its switched off at the moment due to the sensor breaking!
any help or info what be great .
i will also be fitting a 255 pump soon as i get one too so im just stuck with downpipe.
also am i able to change the standard recirc dv too a vta dv?
i did try a baileys dv but car ran lumpy and was hunting.
car ran crap so ive gone back recirc dv for now.
any pointers will do.
i await you responces !!!!

Your OEM turbo is NOT a twin-scroll.
Best to just fit a bellmouth d/p and get it wrapped before it goes on. A bellmouth desgn ensures that the w/g flapper never gets impeded from opening fully - so never have to worry about overboosting as far as that issue goes.
There's bound to be one on here for sale at any point... or there are always a handful of 2nd hand ones on eBay too....
