Default swirl pot setups?

when running a swirl pot in an 2000 plate wrx how do you get the fuel lines from the in tank pump to the pot? is there a hole in the floor to access the pump from inside the car?

thanks

to access the fuel pump and fuel lines look in the boot back right hand side oval cover
with 4 screws holding it down
its easier to access with rear seats out and from inside the car
