RE washer jet - grasp a sewing needle in some pliars and heat it on a gas ring. Then in each hole of the jets move the needle (still held in the pliars) in and out a few times to rid the jets of any dried-in crud, etc. Hopefully this should sort it. If not suspect an air bubble in the plastic tubes that goes from the washer pump to the jets. Disconnect the tubes and blow through them to clear any bubbles, etc. Also operate the squirter so that the main feed tube direct from the pump gets fully cleared, allowing the fluid to eject to atmosphere. Then reconnect all hoses/jets and see if that's cured it.
As regards the gauges - does sound like they're broke or the electrical connections to them are up the duff... (sorry for stating the obvious )

Most probably!
As above, disconnect the main tube that goes from the pump to the jets, at the jet end... Operate the squirter... If no noise and no jet of water out of the tube, then must be an electrical break/bad connection between squirter switch and pump's terminal... or, indeed, pump broken (most likely...)
