Drivers electric window stops (Relay?)

Drivers electric window stops (Relay?)
Hi guys, Car is a 2003 JDM STi.
Just fitted my new speakers to me car and when ive put everything back together the drivers window will come down fine but on the way back up it stops every 3 or so inches, I can hear the relay click from the switch. so have to release and flick the switch again, repeat about 10 times and the window is fully up lol..
Have checked and there is nothing catching on any of the bits... So Im thinking that taking out the window controls when removing the door card has damaged the relay in some way?
It happens if I pull the switch all the way so it should be automatic all the way up and even when lightly pulling the switch so it still should go all the way up but while holding the switch.

Wll i have now fixed this so i guess ill let you know if your interested as noone seems to know...
As the window was down when the switch was disconnected and reconnected i guess the relay didnt know when the window was up or not so just kept switching off.
To fix this all I done was put the window all the way up and just clicked the switch about 10 times which i guess has reset the switch/relay to know that that is the top again.
