Talking Engine management light keeps coming on....

Hi, Can u help?

I have a Scooby WRX, everytime i roll down a hil (in gear) the engine management light stays on for about 20 seconds, as soon as i put my foot down on the throttle it goes out.

What could the reason be?

Thanks

Darren

Is the speedo working?
I had a bit of an odd thing with mine where the speedo didn't work, but I only got a CEL when rolling down hill.

Read the fault codes stored on the ecu - this will indicate which sensor is faulty
