Default ECUTEK License?

Hi guys/gals

I have just brought a MY2000 scooby with the full prodrive pack on it. My question is do I have to pay for the full tek license to have it mapped?

Thanks.

Yes.

If you have the pink label PPP ECU, you'd be better off selling it and getting yourself a standard MY99-00 one to do the mapping on

You'll probably be able to sell the PPP one for over £250 while picking up a standard for £30 or less. The profit will effectively pay the licensing costs of your remap.

I love situations like this - makes one feel all smug and satisfied lol
