hi im about to decat my car and need to know do i have to put the lambda sensor back into the downpipe or does it not make any difference, reason im asking is cos the original one thats in there is not going to come out at all so id have to pick up a new one.thanks

I can only talk for classics and my info is very limited, i'm not a tech.

A decent decat pipe will have one with it. My first decat was from a well known auction site and the thing pretty much melted. Everyone has raved about hayward and scott. I have one now but i now and have got boosting problems. Hopefully this is a simple solenoid problem which is what everyone has advised me on.
