Default Boost problem

Hi all, today I was on the duel carrigeway in 4th doin around 60mph, put my foot down to overtake and it was like there was no boost. When the revs hit 3000rpm it sorta rev'd quite quick up to 6000rpm but didnt really pull . Any ideas? its fine if im in 1,2,3 and put my foot down just today when I accelerated in 4th. I havent got a boost gauge and its a turbo 2000 import.

Advice please

Cheers

Lee

that clutch kit has everything you need, the droning noise is probably the power stearing pump lacking a little oil, you can check that on the dip stick if the levels are fine its likely that the pump is on its way out.

Why does it have hot and cold on the dipstick for the PS pump? where should it be filled up to?. Also when im having this new clutch put in, would it be right for me to ask him to do the rocker gasket at the same time?. Is there anything else I can ask him to do whilst hes doing the clutch? like performance parts so it saves me paying twice in the future?

Cheers
