NEED HELP TO FIX PROBLEM

Hi new to scoobys ive got a 2000 turbo awd 2001. Every now and then it holds back on acceleration for a few seconds

then it picks up also has a boost gauge fitted but does not work any ideas

You changed your spark plugs recently? if ya boost gauge aint working then id look into that too see why. Boost leak maybe? Id also give your boost solnoid a clean maybe.

First idea would be to get your boost gauge working, and tell us what sort of pressures you are seeing when it "holds back".

Second suggestion would be to tell you that on the basis of the information you've provided so far, we are almost totally unable to help. Either see a specialist or give us more to go on.
