How does an FPR work and what exactly is it doing, is it just a variable restrictor allowing manual setting upto the maximum the fuel pump can deliver? what is there to go wrong with an FPR ?

Been speaking to API Dave about FPRs. He told me to bite my lip and splash out on a Fuelabs one from Lateral.

Not cheap but he did say they actually deliver the goods and last a long time, etc. If you get a cheapo unbranded one, then you're in a land of unknowns and the last thing you want is it to pack up when hooning - bye bye engine...!!!
