Default spark plug differences

I was thinking of upgrading my pfr6b plugs to pfr7b ones.
However i came across these plugs Subaru Spark Plugs Iridium IX NGK Heat Range 7 Modified Subaru's They are also made by NGK they are BKR7EIX iridium heat range 7. Being a heat range 7 plug will they perform just as well as the PFR7B's?

Sorry in addition it says this LONGER LIFE
The 0.6mm Iridium electrode gives continuous reliability over a long period.

The 0.6mm they referr to is that the famous plug gap or is that just the size of the electrode?
