Help needed on Exhaust removal
Hi all,
I need to remove the exhaust from the turbo back and thought I would prepare in advance. Its a 96 WRX wagon.
I have removed the turbo heat sink, and undone the two bolts on top. Is there anything else I need to remove to facilitate the removal of the nuts from the remaining studs? Space does seem tight to get leverage on the spanners!
Any help gratefully received
Also, while I'm here how do you remove the rear drive from the transmission?

Space is somewhat tight for getting the rest of the nuts off. Replaced my exhaust last week, found having a 14 mm stubby spanner a help as you could get a better degree of turn. Once loosened with a normal size 14mm spanner, just be sure that the spanner is on properly as if you round the nuts it will be a turbo off job I think to allow you to sort it out.
